Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva, when practicing the profound Prajnaparamita, saw that the five aggregates are all empty, and he crossed over all suffering and affliction.

Sariputra! Form is not different from emptiness, emptiness is not different from form; form is emptiness, emptiness is form; feelings, perceptions, mental formations, and consciousness are also like this.

Sariputra! All dharmas have no characteristics, neither birth nor death, neither defilement nor purity, neither increase nor decrease. Therefore in emptiness, there is no form, no feeling, perception, mental formations, or consciousness; no eye, ear, nose, tongue, body, or mind; no form, sound, smell, taste, touch, or mental objects; no eye realm, and even no consciousness realm; no ignorance, and also no end of ignorance; and even no old age and death, and also no end of old age and death; no suffering, origin, cessation, or path; no wisdom, and also no attainment.

Because there is nothing to attain, Bodhisattvas, relying on Prajnaparamita, have no obstacles in their minds; no fear, no terror; far from crazy dreams; ultimate Nirvana. The Buddhas of the three times, relying on Prajna Paramita, attained Anuttara-samyak-sambodhi.

Therefore, know Prajna Paramita, this is the great mantra, this great bright mantra, this unsurpassed mantra, this unequaled mantra, capable of removing all suffering, true and not false.

Therefore, preach Prajna Paramita Mantra. That is to say, preach the mantra: Yết-ế, Yết-ế, Para-Yết-ế, Para-sang Yết-ế, Bodhi. Tát bà-ha. (3 times)
